Powerful Voices, Inspiring Stories, and a Celebration of GEM’s Mission​​

 

On April 13, 2023, GEM welcomed supporters to The Suburban Club for BeDazzle 2023, an evening dedicated to transforming the lives of girls in Baltimore.

The program featured Jodi Kantor, Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist and author of She Said, along with investigative reporters Jayne Miller and Kai Reed. GEM girls also shared their own truths and experiences, bringing the organization’s mission to life through their voices.

The evening honored Lindsey Weinberg for her extraordinary dedication to GEM and her commitment to helping girls find their wings. Through this celebration, GEM recognized the importance of mentorship, opportunity, and the community of supporters who make its work possible.

BeDazzle 2023 marked GEM’s 18th year of transformational programming. Funds raised through grants, donations, and sponsorships supported programs that build confidence, expand opportunities, and create lasting change for girls and future generations.
